Im trying to set up an event i IFS App9 to send an email to the person whom added the resource to a work order. I can trigger the event when a new resource has been added in the table RESOURCE_BOOKING_INFO_TAB. But im also trying to get the person whom added the resource. I can activate the history log to get the correct person but is it possible to include the history log so I can send the email to that person?

But I have no idea about it. @ronhu conveyed that the account manager will guide me; but I got the following error message while logging in. Hi Everyone.Is there an option in MWO Maintenance Aurena App to put the same functionality of the mWorkOrder app? Tried to find a solution in App Designer but I couldn’t. I’m using UPD12 latest version of the app> 10.14.1362.0 The buttons inside the work task step to navegate from one to another. Please see prints bellow? E.g.: In new app, I need to enter into the step, write a remark, set as Done, go back to the list and enter into the second step and so on.  From UPD8 I think, Rnd has created two buttons Previous and Next inside the step to avoid do that.Tks a lot.mWorkOrder app: MWO Maintenance.

A customer has experienced performance issue in 'receive shop order' function for specific shop orders. However, if WADACO process is used in Android hand-held devices, this performance delay has resulted in a connection timeout. So as a workaround, is it possible to increase the timeout in TAS? 

Hi all.Could someone please help how can I activate the MWO?I’m trying to log in but getting the mesage that the application MaintEngApp is not enabled in the system.Tks a lot. 

In MaintEngApp, I am trying to create a planned return line in mobile for a part that is currently in InFacility.  When I go to my part selector, I am unable to see that part # I am looking for.  Looking at the InventoryPart Entity I notice that it only sync’s parts that are in stock.  Is that correct?  Since the Refresh All Inventory Parts builds the Mobile user inventory part table, and the sync entity for InventoryPart has a where clause of (part_no, contract) IN (SELECT muip.part_no, muip.contract FROM mobile_user_invent_part muip WHERE muip.user_id = Fnd_Session_API.Get_Fnd_User)  How do we do a return of a Part Number (and serial) that is not part of out In Stock items?

Hello all! I’ve recently taken over as admin of our IFS system, and have been tasked with getting the TouchApps working. We already have some installed to the system from  a couple of years ago, and I’d like to get the rest of the them but i keep running into a brick wall.I’ve found a lot of the documentation provided by IFS and by the team that installed the TAP server and connected it, but i seem to be missing where to find the rest of the apps zip files to get the required .dll I’ve looked on the different servers, but can only find the zip files for the apps that are already installed. I’ve opened a support ticket and am in the que, but any additional assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!Doug

The TouchApps server itself is set up and works for other instances. I’m deploying it for another instance.First, I ran the “PrepareTAS.sql” job. It ran with no errors. I checked that the user accounts and table spaces were set up.Then, I ran the “IFS Touch Apps Server Installation Package 1.15.1.672”. I have the lastest MWO app (28 oct 2021) and use it with IFS Cloud 21R1.I can make calls and hear the ringing sound on the mobile device but I cannot hear the person in the backoffice. The other way round, the person in the office can hear the mobile engineer.Is this expected behavior or should there be sound (which I expect when I look at the Cimcorp demo video).Does anyone have any suggestions besides checking if all volume controls are on ;-)

We use the expense functionality per mWO task. No problem to add a new expense. During the adding we see the description of the category correctly.However when accepting the expense we return to the overview of earlier raised expenses and only the category code is shown.Looking at the page designer I see the following:At (1) we see the cost category and either (2) or (3) contain CostCategoryRef.DescriptionCan someone share some light where CostCategoryRef.Description is coming from, so I can find out if there is something missing (in this case the description of the category). I would expect something like ‘400 - External Cost’I do see the ‘400 - External Cost’ while preparing a new expense line

When I enter a cost category against an expense in mWO I see the following:After I save it, the list of entered expenses is shown:Odd in this screen, the cost category is shown, but not the description of the category.I've tried to use a custom field (for LU JtTaskTransaction) to get the description in place, but for a reason unclear to me this is not shown. I have to sync and initialize to make the description in the list shown.As per definition inistialization is bad as this will clear any waiting transactions in the local database on the mobile solution, iPad in my case. Anyone an idea what could be a solution?@IFS: would be great if the description is shown together with category code (such as customer number and name in other places of the app).

Hi Community, Our customer has requirement to Edit the attached document to WO or WO steps in the mobile App side. We are using version App10. Is there an option here or coming in future versions. Thanks and regards,DJ
