We are noticing some MWO failed transaction stating;
‘ORA-20110: An error occurred when checking object-controlled document access via method WORK_ORDER_API.Get_Document_Access. Contact your system administrator to verify the methods defined under 'Object Types for Access Control'.
It seems to be when an engineer creates a work order on his device. There appears to be no pattern between either engineer our customer site.
Has anyone else seen this error before and any ideas what the most likely causes are?
