Hi all.I’ve just testing the APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 and I’m trying to find the view name where the signature from the survey answer is.I need to insert it in crystal reports.Could someone help please?This is an employee survey type. So, there is no task number. Another thing is as I click to show the signature, it does not show on browser.Tried with Chrome and Edge.  Tks a lot

Hi everyone.Is there an option to create a custom field or edit the logic of an existing one to insert a logical condition?E.g.: If the user choose NA of one field, the Remark field is required (like the eform type of answer (Yes/NO))Tks for help!

Using Apps9. Some of my users are locking themselves out of the MWO after 10 password tries.  Does anyone know the following:How to change the login attempts from 10? (not that I want to, but would like to know where it’s configured Where in IFS can you see that the user locked themselves out of the MWO.  Is there a MWO profile, that would allow us to unlock their MWO account? Currently, I’m resetting their IFS Password, requesting they change the password in IFS first, then use their updated password to get back into the MWO. Is this the right direction? Does the lockout unlock itself after x number of hours (overnight?) I will test for this, but if anyone knows..Thank you,

My MWO - Service APP (IOS) updated last week 22.2.479.0. Ever since then, it keeps exiting without any reason. The app just shuts down and goes back to my phone home screen. This is connected to our standard Demo system in 21R2.

When an order is created from a service contract but we determine it was created in error, what is the best way to back this out? Right now the only thing we can do is post the invoice, then perform a credit and then re-enter the service contract.  Thanks!

I’m in Apps 10 IEE Update 13 and I need to set up the ability to add an attachment ( PDF ) to the return material logical unit and it isn’t set up.  When I go to object connection transformations I get the following error( see attachment).  I went down the rabbit hole...can someone get me out? 

We have an Invoice Preview created from a Work Order and when trying to Approve we get a background error of “Field [WANTED_DELIVERY_DATE] is mandatory for Customer Order and requires a value.” Where do we set the Wanted Delivery Date?  Using App10 Update 9Thanks,Gregg

I have been testing the Service Technician portal in Apps 10 and processing assignmnets through to complete. The Completed number increases. I have finished the assignment, the related task and the Work order so it is now historical - but the Completed number on the portal doesnt reduce. Is it just an ever increasing value of completed tasks for that user?   

our staff created 2 new customer orders. number X1 & X2the accountant can see all orders, only those 2 orders are disappear !user can see other orders for the same customer and other orders for the same project ! what shall i check.

Hi FolksHow to handle RFI requirement according to qualified electronic signature in MWO >> "Digital signature of documentation directly from the mobile device at the customer's site. We require options to integrate to an internal authorization component with signing of documents/orders directly in the application".Can we support this in some way in the MWO? Any experiences?

We have managed to get Absence Requests to appear on the Aurena Notify Me app from Apps10 Upd 12. We can approve OK but if we try to reject, it asks for a rejection reason. It offers a search field but we cannot click in it or type in it.I believe that the list of rejection reasons have not been synchronised with the device.Does anyone know how to make this happen?ThanksPaul

In IFS 9 service we are currently using the RMB to Hold a transaction for a manager to approve if we feel they need to approve if it should truly not be charged to the customer or if it was approved the correct account. Once the manager approves it was correct, they move it to To Not Invoiceable and close the work orderIn IFS 10 there does not seem to a be a hold transaction in the invoicing processThis also means in migration everything that we did have held moved to invoiceable. We do not hold all things for managers, but just some. What are some suggestions for what to do instead now?

I have created a Check in To Document Management report rule in IFS that stores a copy of a customer invoice pdf file to the logical unit CustomerOrderInvHead.This feature successfully attaches the customer invoice pdf in our DEV10 UPD10 environment which is using a repository type Database, the attached file can be opened and viewed.After implementing this feature in our PROD10 UPD10 environment which is using a Shared repository type the report rule feature does attach the customer invoice pdf file but users are unable to view or open it. The pdf file is also not being added to the shared repository. The error message they receive is “Failed to read the file from the file system repository \\example\path_name_here\invoice.pdf (the system cannot find the file specified)”

Hi Everyone. We have a customer in India who would like to use our Primavera integration with Apps10.They are asking if they can have a quick call and see how our existing customer using the same integration to Primavera uses it.Just checking if anyone out there know of an existing customer that we can use as a reference and that we can ask for a customer call. Thank you and best regards.

HiI have a query around Condition based PM’s in Apps 8. We have a number of PM’s set up for run time hours on engines, with an interval of 250 hours connected to a test point with an accumulative parameter. This is working fine and producing work orders every 250 hours, however, what we would like to occur is a work order to be generated with a planned value of +250 from the last recorded reading, for example if the last recorded reading was 12513 the next work order planned value would be 12763. Whereas at the moment it creates a work order +250 from the planned value of the previous work order.Is this possible to achieve in Apps 8? Below is the condition set up we have:
