I have a Freight Charge (charges tab) on a Customer Order that is tied to a Work Order that I need to credit. Since it is tied to a Work Order, I cant create a freight credit easily in IFS. I can create a freight credit through the Work Order but it would push to the order lines tab. I need this credit to be placed on the charges tab.
Has anyone encountered this or have a suggestion?
