ScanIt Error 401 'Unauthorized Access'

Hi,

Has anyone encountered a HTTP 401 unauthorized access error on the ScanIt app before? If there are suggestions it would be much appreciated.

Hi @robert_g,

Have you checked and verified that the user has granted required permissions via permissions sets and those permission sets are setup properly?

Please check whether the oracle user account is locked or PLSQL access provider is down.
