 Hi Team, We have upgraded a customer from Apps8 to Apps10 UPD15 and there are some events related to touchapps push notifications missing.All those missing events are available in IT2 environment which  we created few months back.We need to check why these events are missing.We have a doubt, about whether these events get created from a background job/scheduled task. Is there a way to check it? Since the financial report comparison has not been completed, the background jobs are not yet enabled and job_queues remain 0 yet.We can export and import missing events from IT2 to UR environments. Hi,We are quite new to MWO and are struggling with PO Receipts. We have an Inventory Part with a ‘No Lot Tracking’ order type. We have raised a PR against the WO, Authorized it, Converted to PO, updated Destination Warehouse on PO, Released PO, but when on the MWO the User can see it has a PO but when they select ‘Purchase Order Receipts’ (via the Required Material → PO OR from the Dashboard) they never get the option to receipt. Can anyone suggest things to check as to why this isn’t possible? Is it the Part Order Type of no lot tracking? Is it something to do with the Entity Details etc.? Thanks in advance.

Hi All,Does anybody know why the device Motorola g is not the camera button while you try to add media on a work task?The model is Moto g(30) or (9)It only enables the galery option. I’m using IFS MWO maintenance 10, APPs 10 UPD14. I already gave permission to camera in apps information.Already cleaned the cache of app and camera system.Also reset the device. Testing with samsung for example it works well. It’s strange because if I use mWorkOrder app or the old demo apps, the camera works well with them. I missed being in front of the customer from Apps10 update 3 to present and I got on a call with a customer wanting to look into using the tech portals.  I used to be able to Grant all from the top of the projections page, but theirs wasn’t enabled.  I also see that when you enable some of the projections, the subordinate projects don’t all automatically turn on.  Is there a trick to this now that I missed?Thanks,Jb

I have a customer asking if and how we can combine ESM service orders on one customer order post invoice preview change?  I’m sure there’s a simple way and we didn’t lose that ability but I can’t figure it out.

Is there any document on how to use and enable the Gantt chart in IFS. Some of the work orders alotted for resources are not appearing in the list.

Hi!We have a situation where we must know when an Work Order is being opened through the IFS MWO application.Sometimes, due to events created in IEE, users are blocked to do some operations (like one of the events that won’t allow two work orders of the same type to be opened for the same object). These messages won’t pop into the application screen so we never know when a WO is being blocked by some event.We need to find a way to know how many Work Orders that are being opened on the app are not being transfered to the IEE. I need to know how many WO were created using mobile devices x how many were transfered to the IEE.Can anyone shed a light?Thanks

We are in the process of rolling out Aurena Notify Me for PO and Invoice authorizations and have run into an error that I cannot resolve.Purchase Order authorization works great. User receives notification of a PO in their windows notification center. When they click the notification, the app is launched. User can authorize the PO from here, PO line in the App will show Pending. After a few moments, it will disappear from the notifications listing. When we check IFS, the PO shows authorized. All is good. When an invoice is assigned to a user to authorize, the user receives the notification in their windows notification center. When they click the notification, the app is launched. User can click Authorize here, window updates to show the Invoice Line status as Pending, as shown below After a few moments, the invoice line disappears and at the same time, another notification appears (with no description on it) in the windows notification center. Hi!On the Prepare Work Order window, under the Resourses tab, when setting up a Report Time, it’s possible to insert comments on the dialog box below, before creating the Time Report.When reported, I cannot find where the comment that I wrote went. Is there a way to print/view the Time Reports that were created?Thank you! 

Hi guys. Hopefully an easy yes or no.  I’m currently using MWO on android with user name password & server url etc. I can’t find the correct app (if it exists?) for ios? Ones I’ve downloaded come with no option for username password & url.  So…. can someone point me In the right direction at all?  c 

We are using IFS 9.Some of the sync tables for MWO use a combination of user/installed app/device as a unique identifier for sync transactions/data. We wanted to understand what happens if the following information changes before the transactions/data are synced …The user’s install app version changes The user’s device is disabled and a new active device is createdExampleA user has failed transactions, out messages, and push queue records associated with app version 3.17 and device 123. These transactions/messages have not synced yet.The active MWO app version changes from 3.17 to 3.18 The user device 123 is disabled. Device 456 is created and is the only “active” device for the user.What happens to the transactions/data and out messages associated with app ver 3.17 and device 123? Will they still sync?

How do we check the “Allow Multiple Devices” box for Touch Apps MWO applications? We are using IFS 9.  

We are stuck on IFS Apps 8 while we consider our options to upgrade. We rely on Mobile Work Order for our service engineers and they currently have to run old devices using Android 8 though we have found some work OK with Android 9. Neither of these are going to be an option soon as we can’t buy devices with these old OS. Does anyone have a workaround for this?I know the IFS cloud will also be deprecated soon but we are running our own in house Touch App Server so hopefully that at least will buy us some time in that respect. 

We are using IFS 9.What is the purpose of the test initialization function for mobile users? Is the user’s data actually synced?

Have a WO (not linked to a Contract) where only some lines are EAM, the rest, posted. Any ideas? Plus, what does EAM stand for, in IFS speak? Many thanks/ash

The customer is Not getting "Request Aborted" when a foreground process exceeds the 30 minute statement execution limit.  When IFS tries to connect to the customer environment using the iFS VPN and trigger off the same job , the error is generated.  The application is freezing on the customer end as the error message is not being populated. Any possibility that the customer VPN is blocking the handshake sent by the application? Are there any other possibilities on why the “Request Aborted”  message won’t get populated on the customer end.  Are specific logs that can be used to determine the root cause.

Hi,Customer is in the process of setting up Touch Apps in order to enable Mobile Work Order.When using Database authentication, the deployment and activation of MWO was successful by logging in with the ifsapp account.  But customer is now using Azure AD authentication and when he wants to manage his TouchApps installation, he is redirected to the Office 365 login screen. As a result, it is no longer possible to use the ifsapp account. Is it normal ?Do you know the URL redirects on the Office 365 side and the IFS app so that Azure AD authentication can be turn off for Touch Apps management?Or should we set up an admin user account that can log in via Azure AD authentication? What permission sets should be assigned to it? Below is the configuration of the external redirect URIs on the server : Is anyone able to point me in the right direction ?I’m very new to setting up Azure AD authentication.Customer is using IFS Applications 10 UPD12. Thanks and regards.

All, I managed to have the project allocation in the resource monitoring gantt. Now I see that there is limited information in the pop up on the project. Can we configure the information on this pop up?Please not that this project allocation is only showing when the allocated hours is 100 % within the time interval. There is a case ‘CS0081053 ‘ created for this, hopefully also the project allocated hours less then 100% will be shown.  See also topic for more information 

Hi All.Could someone help how may I use the latitude and longitude in object map positions or location?My need is that the mobile user can see the object location like (click in the link and direct to googlemaps or another map app) and also as he receives a worktask and see the direction based on the object location or map position.tried to use both but no success.Map position is with the error bellow, and putting the latitude and longitude in address 1, there is no link to click and navegate.also tried to copy a shared googlemap link but I could see that Google changes the link of the same address.Do I need to have a virtual map license to use one of these options?Tks a lot Map position error as click in button on object screen. 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to schedule Crystal Quick Reports to run daily and email the results to the user? We have a KPI report they need to generate automatically each day.

Does the .Net Print Agent support printing ZPL to Zebra printers?   We are  moving to IFS Application 10 Update 15.  We are using the java version of the print agent and Socket Server to print ZPL but we’d like to utilize the .NET Print Agents. 

I’m having a few issues trying to use service quotations for ESM Service in Cloud 22R1.  1) I can’t get it to preview or print to see what it’s going to look like or even be able to get it to the customer.  I’m not sure if it’s because of the second issue...2) I keep getting an error saying it’s “Unable to find Sales Part” whatever that means??Print Issue - Preview or Print just makes it spin and nothing show up in the Print Manager that can be reran.  I try and it say it doesn’t exist.   The second is an error I get trying to take the quotation status to “Released” .  As you can see in the third screenshot, the sales parts are all there and there’s nothing I can tell that’s wrong with them.  I’ve removed each line and tried releasing but keep getting the same error.
