On occasion our engineer’s are completing surveys on their MWO and the survey answers are not arriving into the survey answers table.

There are no failed transactions when the engineer saves the survey and no errored background jobs.

If the engineer un-installs/re-installs the app, this seems to fix the issue.

However, this issue could continue with an enigneer for weeks at a time without us knowing and therefore result in a significant loss of data.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

We are using IFS apps 9. Thank you.
