Hi All,

 

This sounds like a very basic thing, but either I am having a really bad day or something else is going wrong.

According to flow 4.16.3.1 - Manage Service Quotation we should be able to enter contact after the Servir Quotation has been created and in status ‘Under preparation”.

 

Unfortunately, I’ve been looking for a place to enter contacts on my Service Quotation and either I am missing something or I am not seeing all possible tabs here but I can’t seem to find the proper section to add a customer to my Service Quotation. Anybody have any hints/screenshots what I am doing wrong?

Hi Roel,

 

The contacts can be entered just below the General  - Notes section. Please refer below screen print.

Do you have any page configurations enabled to hide this section ?

Thanks @Thilini Kumarasinghe That section is indeed invisible. I’ll pass this through to the relevant people to enable this.
