Hi,

Customer deployed the Scan It application using the following procedure :Scan It on Aurena Native

He installed the app on a smartphone and filled in the information below:

 

 

He gets the following error message:

 

 

Certificates are present on the smartphone :

 

Could you indicate what are the configuration points to check on the IIS server, touchapps, IFS, etc?

Hi @Nikita38, I’ve seen this error message before in places where your server URL (https://deu2v….) uses either a self-signed certificate, or where the certificate’s trust chain was incomplete - it’s basically saying that the device could not verify that the server’s SSL certificate is valid. Do you have a way to check this?

If your Server URL is reachable without VPN and you don’t have a non-default port, one thing you could try is to see what https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html shows.

If that doesn’t pan out, can you send me a private message with your server URL please?
