PSO Auto-Generate Rota

Hello, When I use the Auto-Generate Rota function in PSO-  The Status stays at “Generating” and it looks like nothing happen after that under the Rota Provisional. I left this on the entire day and night but nothing happen even though I refreshed the page and everything. Please help me understand if I am missing any steps. Thank you!

Order Code in Work Order Requisitions

Does anyone have experience creating Order Code 2 Direct Delivery inside a Purchase Requisition in a Work Order?  The help shows the Order Code is possible, but it can’t be manually entered this way.  How does the system create Order Code 2, Direct Delivery?   Order Code: There are six different order codes: Normal (1), Express (5), Direct Delivery (2), Internal Transit (4), Internal Direct Delivery(3) and External Service Order (6). The Normal code is used if the purchased parts are delivered from an external supplier to your company before shipment to your customer. Express orders differ from normal orders in the way that they are handled by the system. When a purchase requisition having the order code Express is authorized, it is automatically converted into a purchase order which, in turn, is automatically released and printed. The Direct Delivery code is used if the purchased parts are delivered directly from the external supplier to your customer. The Internal Transit code is u

How does PSO interact with Transfer to mobile to IFS MWO Maintenance ?

Hello community, As far as I understand when a Work Order is Tansferred to mobile, the resource can no longer be reallocated (see below)However the whole point of PSO is to dynamically reallocate the resources to optimize them.Therefore, how do they interact ? If a work order has been Transferred to mobile can PSO still reallocate it and Transfer to mobile to another resource? Thank you,

APP DEVICE APPROVAL FOR MWO AURENA

Hi All.Is there an option for app device approval MWO Aurena Native (MaintEngApp).I’m using IFSAPPS 10 UP14.I know that there is this option for the old mWorkOrder in TAS.I need to restrict the login for devices. Just allow with an approval.Tks alot for help!

MWO - Workflow configuration not syncing to the Device

HI, We are in the process of establishing Aurena native MWO Application in IFS V10 UPD 7.As part of setup, we have configured Work Flow Configuration in Aurena Framework to disable some of the action buttons like Issue/quick issue Material etc., as this is not something the MWO User is suppose to do as per the Business Process.Apparently we have found that  the Work Flow configuration is not synching to the Mobile device for the work tasks, if the Work Task Maintenance Organization is not same to the Resource ID (Employee) - Maintenance Organization.But the system allows to transfer the Work task to Resource ID (Employee) even if his Maintenance Organization is different from that of Work Task Maintenance organization which allows the MWO User to perform some of the actions (Issue Material) for those work tasks which he not suppose to do.I am not sure whether this is a bug and any fixes are available.  Thanks in AdvanceBest Regards, Siva Ganesh M

Notification of Rejection

Hi all I am trying to create a Escalation Rule in which when someone rejects a case an email will be sent to the case creator stating as such. The problem is that when a case is rejected the only thing that is changed (that i can see) is a note put in the journal. Unfortunately this is not a parameter i can use to start the escalation. Has anyone else tried to do this and if so what did you do? Please note i am using APP8 Thanks in advance.

MRO - Customer Owned Material on Task Card

There seems to be some functionality missing from Task Cards around the ownership of material used in maintaining, repairing and overhauling (MRO) processes.  In preventative maintenance, we can plan the ownership of materials on PM Actions which get transferred into the maintenance material requisition lines upon the PM Action generating a work order.  We have the same requirement to do this but from the Maintenance Order.  The maintenance order is constructed of several maintenance events for a serial repair, or manual maintenance event. Each of these events will have one or more task cards, each of which can have an independent list of materials.   These materials will be transferred to a work order once released, however it only considers company owned material.

Change Price_List_No on WO postings using Event Action?

Need help for a suggested way of overwriting the default PRICE_LIST_NO value on the Postings Tab.Thought I could do it by using an event, but not sure exactly how that code would be written to function as intended.Function needed:When new posting lines is added to a Work Order in the “Postings” tab, each line pulls the Preferred Pricelist from the connected Customer, using that Customer’s Price List value. Problem is that the same Customer can have more than one Service Contract (and more than one Object / site), but with different service types depending on the Contract. Therefore we need to be able to pull different Price List No values on the same Customer, why the Price List or Customer Agreement is not fully enough to create proper sales price invoicing. So what I’m looking for is a way where the standard Price List No value can be overwritten to another one, using an Event, if fx the Service Contract Type connected to the Work Order has a certain value, and then overwrite the Pri

View both active and historical work orders together?

Is there a place in IFS IEE to see both active and historical work orders in one place? It seems you can only see historical records in one view and active records in another.

Contract Desc changed to Site Description in IFS Cloud as well as in Apps10?

"Contract Desc" is still displayed in 21R2 as an 'Order by' option for Object Site/WO Site in Active Work Requests page.But it has been changed to "Site Description" in the latest Apps 10 Aurena.Can I expect the same changes in the IFS Cloud releases? I'm responsible for the Japanese translation quality, but it is hard to handle this "Contract Desc".

OS 10048 error for ifs http service

hi Sir Today , we found the ifs http service crashed. and check the log in ohs prod file.Could you hlep me answer two question:1,logs said Received shutdown signal, we did not do anything abot ifs http service, who sentthe signal to shutdwon http?2, OS 10048 means the port 58080 was occupied， the http service was failed to start. we found the no other app was using 58080. Cloud 21R2 TouchApps version

I am very new to IFS Cloud technology. I downloaded version 1.15.86 of the IFS Touchapps server installation package from the Cloud.Ifsworld.com/Downloads page and I am trying to test install IFS Touchapps server on a VM in Azure, to connect to an Cloud 21R2 application server in Azure on the same subnet as the Touchapps server. If I open the landing page for the application server from the Touchapps server, and then launch IEE, I am able to login to IFS successfully. When I start the Touchapps server installation and it gets to the screen that asks for an application server, i enter in the exact same URL, including the :48080 at the end of it, but when I try to ping the application server, it comes back with the following error:Also, if I try to run a test connection on the same screen, it comes back with this error: The installer logfile shows the following entries. User access rights - problem

Hello,I have very strange problem with one user account. I gave this user full access to "Shop order" or any other object, it doesn't matter. When he connects to the apps10 everything is ok and he can run let's say "Shop order" form. But in about 15 minutes application starts giving errors about "API's invalid identifiers" like this one (and of course more):  When I try to reconnect to APPS10, after the first error, I got this error on the "Shop order" form, still cannot run "Shop Order":  I tried to delete temporary directory "c:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0" I also tried to create new profile for the user I tried to create new permission set but nothing worked well. Still the same error.  BUTwithout touching user's access rights, roles and permission sets as soon as I "Refresh security cache" in APPS10 I am able to correctly run the "Shop Order".BUTafter roughly 15 mintues the problem is back. Anybody any ideas? Thanks Jan WestAPPS10 upd 8

Service Report in Service Technician Portal

Hi All, Is there an option in IFS Cloud (currently working with 21R2) to have a Service report As a Service technician in the Technician Portals (in Aurena). I know there is an option in IFS MWO, so hopefully we can have something similar in the technician portal.Thanks, Robert

mWO: Where is data from Note on Object coming from?

One of the tiles on the IFS MWO Service 10 (10.15.1365.0) is called Objects.When opening, I see four lines (My working objects, All objects, Objects on Location, Objects at Customer). If I select the All objects version I see a list of the objects. Great.If I select one I see, in my case, the information of a functional object. Bottom of the page contains the field Notes.Using Page designer, I tried to retrieve the actual field that contains the Notes (I expected the Free Notes, but that doesn't is not filled, even after an initialize.)Opening the page designer gives me:I select the link to All Objects:Notice that the >-sign before content is not white, but grey.It can't be opened.My question: How to locate the correct field name (source view) for the Notes?Second question: What if I want to make a change (move notes to a higher position for example)? Note: I opened the EquipmentObject via Entity Details:There is no field note in the Attributes. I really have to use RMB to use Add C

how to do a correction on work order cost / delete one cost line in a work task

Hi community,we wanted to enter cost and a sales line for fuel, that we needed.As we forgot to enter a comment we reentered the line with the comment “Fuel”.I did not expect any issues deleting the “wrong” line, but I cannot see an option to do so.Who can help?Thank you for your feedback!Regards Martina

Unable to peg external service orders created through CRO Repair to new Customer Orders

Hi,Is it possible to peg external service orders (purchase order) created through CRO Repair to new Customer Orders?Test PlanCreate a CRO Add a repair line RMB on the repair line and select the option Receive Part and complete the receiving  Select the component repair order line again, RMB and then click Release to Repair Create the External Service Order (purchase order) by adding required details RMB on the purchase order line and select the option Component Customer Order to open the customer order created to ship the broken unit to the supplier Ship the broken unit to the supplier Create a new standalone customer order and a line (use the same part used above)  RMB on the CO line and select the option Manual Pegging  Manual Pegging of Customer Order line window will be opened but above created  External Service Order (purchase order) can be seen as a pegging option

How to revise a Work Task Wrongly Transferred to MWO?

Hi Community, I have a user that has transferred a task to MWO, but the person it was transferred to doesn’t use MWO.  Is there a way to get it back?please kindly provide the step by step process to revise it. Thanks Mesh

Wadaco - Picking failed due to insufficient available stock

Hi, after creating a customer order , releasing it, going to the quick order flow screen and reserving stock via manual reservation then create a picklist we then move to Wadaco to complete the picking. We enter the order no, part no, loc no, barcode no then we are asked the quantity which is autofilled with the reservation qty. When we click save we get an error ‘picking failed due to insufficient available stock. This stock has an availability control on it. If we remove this, it works. When we try the same picking on EE with the same availability control it works and pick completes. Attached some screen shots of the issue. Many thanks for your support
