Hi Team,

Could you please let me know if the Appointment Template Functionalities similar to PSO ARP Appointment Template available in IFS 22R1 Cloud version?

Please confirm once . If not then what is the road map and in which version it will be available.

      No, they are currently not available in Cloud. You can read about what is available for Appointment Booking in Cloud here.

      We are planning to add support for Appointment Templates, but we don’t have a firm target release for it yet. It would be lovely if you could share some details about your use case and where you have gaps with the current solution.

      Appointment Templates are supported in 22R2.

      Baseline functionality is available, some features (such as Slot Usage Rules) are not yet supported.
