When we issue the final invoice from a Work Order, the “Delivery Date” doesn’t follow the actual “Service/Delivery Date” filled in, creating confusion and questions from our Customers. We cannot adjust the “Wanted Delivery Date” on the Customer Order lines and no matter what we put on the work order the “Delivery Date” on the line level remains the invoice date. Isn’t there a way around this, so we can put in the day we actually did the service and not when we did the invoice?
