Note that there are additional workflow actions in cloud but otherwise the functionality is very similar to Apps10.

I too am looking for help in creating workflow configurations that hold true for work that is processed through Mobile Work Order app connected to Touch Apps (Apps 10, UPD16), but when I try some of the links above, either the content has been removed, or I am forbidden access. We have successfully created a workflow configuration that works for Aurena, but as soon as the work gets transferred to mobile, the configuration is no longer applied. Where can we find documentation specific to work in Mobile Work Orders?
