Does anyone use the search box at the to pof the NCR app for Apps9? If I try searching for an NCR number that is in IFS it never finds any online results.
Are there any set up or backgorund jobs I need to run to make it work?

are you able to use other features of the APP? If not maybe there is somethin wrong with the set-up of IFS Account Manager and/or you have a valid IFS Touch Apps subscription? There might also be a filter not showing closed/Cancelled NCR so you might want to check against different statuses.

I did a bit more testing and it only finds NCRs when you use the specific NCR no. It cant find NCRs on the description etc.
