Hi,My customer use IFS application and we are going to develop open source project(customer complaint system) using laravel & mysql .For that system they need to load their supplier/customer invoice details from the IFS application.We decided to do it using API.Can you know what are the API that can be used to load IFS customer/supplier invoice details into my custom project.

Hi, A customer has the following issue, When a user completes a Work Order he has to complete a Survey and this is mandatory.  but the issue is there are 2 users which cannot complete the survey.in logs, a users Employee ID is showing as “100044JNEFF” and there is no employee as “100044JNEFF”there are 2 employees registered for the same user, and their employee ids are “JNEFF” and “100044”. somehow these 2 ids are getting mixed and taken as one employee id. initially, I thought, terminating one employee would solve the issue but it didn’t. the issue still occurring for the same users.any and all ideas and solutions are welcome, Thanks in Advance. Best Regards,Bhanuka 

Hi Community,my Customer is using IFS Cloud in combination with IFS MWO Service App.Since their company language is english they would like to use the client + app in english.No Problem for Cloud.But since Native Apps always take the device language, we have a show stopper here.It’s not an option to switch all devices to english. Does anybody know how to overwrite this “language of the device” setting?Is there no option to switch only the app language to english?? BR Sven

Failed transaction handling is big trouble in practical scenarios. Work order transferred to mobile is accepted by the mobile user but later it is taken back or put up in the prepared status in IFS for reassignment or replaning. IN SUCH SCENARIOS, Group messages will fail and handling of these messages becoming big hurdle. How these can be properally handled. Specially, I  such scenarios where WO no is showing g different WO no like - 50004 etc. 

Good afternoon,we have a case where a mobile survey is showing on the engineers device within the e-forms. This survey is not a published survey and is not showing within IFS as a historical/closed survey.  Therefore there is no way of deleting the survey from the eForms library.  Can anyone suggest a way in which this survey can be deleted from the device. We want to add documents to LU PmActionWorkStep, and transfer that document to LU JtTaskStep when a work order is generated. Hi, I set up MWO in Cloud successfully, however following the update I now receive the following error message.  I have attempted setting this up again but unfortunately this has not worked. Does anyone have any documentation that I can use to see if anything has been missed? Thanks,George.

I have no idea how to this happened so I cannot replicate it in our test environments either.  We have a part on a released Maintenance Material Requisition that is reserved according to the MMRWhen you try to issue the part you get this warning messageYou can also see that when we try to issue it says that 0 are reserved on this screenSo when you say Yes to the informational message you get this errorWe get that same error if we try to unreserve the line manually, but on that screen it does look like it is stil

When I try to login to touch app server after the enter the system ID I'm getting below error. What caused this error? and the logs are like this I have restarted the IIS as well 

When we create a new work / additional work from MWO Aurena Native, we are getting an warning‘finishCommand: Failed to read expression value from viewstate.DocumentFileSelector.isEmpty’ when we click on Finish and the screen stays there. The new work / additional works are getting created.Any one has came across this error. Hi Team,I have installed IFS MWO Service in my android device. Hi,I have a question regarding attachments panel in mWO. Maybe someone had the same issue and knows the solution.I can see 3 icons in Documents section in mWO attachments. You can see gallery, documents and camera. My colleague can see only 2 icons. We are logged in as the same ifsapp user. We tried also on another user (called mobile1) but there is the same issue. On my iPad there are 3 icons, on his only 2. Also on my colleague’s Android phone there are only 2 icons, so it seems like it’s not device dependent.We checked steps mention in thread

Is there a possibility to auto populate the Resource Group in MWO Service 10 app when creating a New Work with option “Create Work that I will Perform”?Do we need to do any data setup for the Resource Group to be automatically filled? 

how to limit the view of records only linked or created for the logged-in representative.

We have two sites for one of our companies. We have employees in the field that can work on work orders or work tasks for either site. I am getting the error that they are not set up at the maintenance org for the newer site. So I went to the resource navigator. He has two employee records - one for each company which checks out (he can do work at both companies as well)He is set up at all three sitesThe problem seems to be that he is only set up at 210 on the maint org as the error stated

In MWO Aurena Native application, the Quantity Issued is not getting synced.We are using IFS V10 UPD 7. As per the process, the Materials are issued against Maintenance Material requisition in IEE Platform. The issued quantity is not getting Pushed / Synced to MWO Aurena Native application. I’ve set up an ESM service quotation and I can figure out for the life of me how to show line items on it.  I want to be able to show them all for one that charge for each line with a markup as well as one that is fixed price but only shows the lines of what they get without pricing. I’m sure the system does it, but it’s kicking my backside. :😖Thanks!

Hello,we have IFS MWO Client installed and same is configured with one database server.Incase there is a failover on database then the database server will get changed. is there a way we can add 2 database servers in the connection string to take care of failover like we do in IFS Application installation.Best RegardsPankaj
