'It took took long time to retrieve list of values,' error in when Transfer to Mobile

Hi Experts, 

When trying to send a work task to the mobile user, click the Transfer to Mobile and select the Resource drop-down in 'Work Task', we are getting the below error;

Transfer To Mobile: It took too long time to retrieve list of values

This error only occurs in the Work Task window. Other windows like Prepare Work Order, Work Tasks screens we can transfer to mobile users without any issue.

934 Resource Groups and 1026 Resources are there. 
Is there any limit on the number of Resources Group and Resources? 
Or any other way to resolve this error.

We have faced the same issue both with ‘transfer to mobile’ function and ‘Assign Resource’ function in 21R2 SU15. Very slow to assign the work tasks to resources. The assign resource function trigger timeout errors. We’ve opened support cases for both and still waiting for fixes. 

We’ve done database view analysis and the LOV view performance is good on database level. However not in Aurena. Now we got the response from IFS that there might be a ODATA problem.

What happens if you click “Find”, does the list eventually load, or does that time out as well?
