Hi Experts,
We find many WOs that are Transferred to mobile are missing in “Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments” screen.
Also the same WO cannot be found in “Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments” screen as well.
What could be the reason for this behavior. We can find more than 500 such WOs where WO is assigned to the mobile but getting below type of errors due to missing connection.

Any hint on what has happened to the WO based on the WO Journal?

This is all we can find in Journal. Somehow connection has gone missing then no further updates are there.

Looks fine from a journal perspective. The WO data does look like somebody has Unassigned the WO from Transferred WOs but I thought a Journal entry was created if this happens.
It looks like you might have to raise this as a support case to be investigated further
