Hi,
User Receipts via MWO, the receipt goes through but a Failed Transaction is queued saying:
source ref 1 is the PO Number which is autopopulated and exists on the message.
How do I investigate / solve this error from happening?
At the moment, we ask the engr to complete an init once we have deleted the transaction but I would like to discover and resolve this issue.

You can troubleshoot this further by enable Device Sync trace and re execute this FT. Then you can see all PLSQL stack traces with all bind variable. As you say SOURCE_REF is not something client sends but populated at the server?
