Error message - Receive and issue part on MWO

An MWO user is  trying receive and issue his material and he is getting this error message (see screenshot) when he clicks receive and issue.  Why and how do we go about this please?

      Does this only happen for one user? Is it for all tasks? Which version of IFS is this for?

      Please provide the test steps to better understand the issue. Also check the user logs in Aurena to see if any sync errors. Lack of required data in mobile can cause this type of errors.

      This has been resolved.

       

      The mobile user had previously Completed this task, and returned it. So he no longer had it on his device. We transferred the task back to the Mobile User, and this fixed the issue. He was then able to Receive and Issue those parts.
