Could you help to identify the reason for below errors found in Mobile log.
“Sending push entity data failed: Failed executing statement (IO Error: Socket read timed out) - IO Error: Socket read timed out”
“Error when synchronizing entity Note: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource”
“Error when synchronizing entity FndStream: Failed executing statement (IO Error: Socket read timed out)”

Hi,
Looking at the timestamp, you get this few times per day. Do you know which user or users(s). One is timeout and deadlock might have related. Need to understand this in more details. Do you see any activities during this period in the oracle database?
I would suggest to take Oracle alert logs which explain the deadlock issue in more detail. Can you collect those information?
I also think this is not the mWo app? Could be NotifyMe app? Please send the image showing all columns from the Logs screen. it will help.

Could be an issue in the Database. Worth check the Oracle alert logs to find out activities during this period.
