Hi,question about “Configuration Applied” field in MWO (ServiceEngApp).Where is it stored, when does it get evaluated, and when does it get re-evaluated?I have run a lot of tests and am observing that it gets evaluated when a request task is first synchronized onto the device.  But i cannot get it to consistently re-evaluate e.g. when a new, higher-weighted configuration is synchronized to the device.Should this re-evaluation be achievable?    

I’m pretty certain I didn’t miss any steps in the set up and the documentation says the equipment objects for the sites the user has access to should just show up but they’re not.  I even logged in to the NA Pre-sales demo environment to see if it was working in there and it is not.  I know we’ve taken away the old page that let us configure what equipment objects the MWO users saw but is there something I’m missing here.  This is a problem and hopefully just something not set up that wasn’t documented.

Am trying to get Incident Reporter into proper use and i would like to add some custom fields. Following instructions, I can see you need to add via the entity details. However, when i look i cant see notify me OR Incident reporter! All i can see is CRM companion  When i look at the server config i can see these are enabled. Any ideas?

In Aurena native App, A green dot is visible in top right corner. This indicates if the user shift is active or not.What are the scenarios that this dot can turn into Green and Gray Automatically? Thank you!

In MWO is it possible to hide some tiles by removing security grants. Other than that is it possible to  hide tiles using page designer? Is there a way to configure the order of the visible tiles. If I need to move MY WORK Tile to the bottom will that be possible?

Good Morning - I am receiving daily error codes for a scheduled task to transfer work orders to mobile app at 18:00hrs. The error message is saying ‘Invalid WO Status’. Can anyone advise if there is an anomaly  with the set up below - Many thanks for your help.

Hi  I wish to remove a tile from the MWO home screen, Could anyone tell me how this is possible please?  

Using V15.4We often have situations where an SA needs to carry out Contract work early, before the contract start date.  In V14, we were not able to set an ETA prior to the contract start date but the SA was able to do the job earlier than the contract start date.  But in V15, it seems the SA is also restricted from doing the work early, which is a problem for us now.Is there a setting that controls this or is there any other way in V15 that an SA can carry out work in advance of the contract start date?ThanksChris

In the Aurena (UPD14)  Technician Portal, I have a work assignment that I have accepted  and have added material to. Material planners have manually reserved material and have created a transport task and picked it. Transport task is in “Picked” state.Now I am trying to   “Issue“ a reserved material and I got following error message. Any thoughts on this?

We are encountering some new issues deploying mworkorder via sccm deployment.either it cannot install the cert or there is an issue with vclib Here is the error we are seeing. Any suggestions - this is the first time we are encountering the issue.Thank you

In the Aurena Technician Portal, I have a work assignment that I have accepted  and have added material to.   From the back office (IEE), material planners have manually reserved material and have created a transport task for the tech to receive and issue. When going back to Aurena, the transport task is not available to receive/issue.  Thoughts?

Our field service engineers deliver and install products, do repairs and sell consumables, spare parts, etc.One thing that is really important in our business is that we can take payments from consumers whilst we are in their home.It appears that this is not supported by IFS MWO or ServiceEng app. Is there anyone who has the same or similar requirement? We would be interested in how you resolved this. Thanks!

Hi all, We are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO, select the third option.Then the WO will be created from the MWO Application.At IEE, upon creating a WO, we can RMB the header > Project Connection > Connect to Activity and enter the project connectivity.However, there is no option to connect the WO to a Project currently, from the MWO Application.We would like to know if there is any functionality in MWO App to create Project Connection for a new WO created from the App side.?(Connecting the WO created from MWO at IEE is not a feasible solution since we are running time reporting and material handling flows using MWO App and related cost lines are created for the WO. There after we can’t connect the WO to a Project receiving below error message.)

Can anyone confirm if the IFS MWO App Updates for Framework 10:18 onwards are compatible with the IFS Apps 10 Update 15? We are trying to work through issues we are having and wondered if the IFS Apps 10 Update Version could cause issues with the MWO Update version if they are so out of sync? Thanks 

Hello All, In MRO and Fleet Operations\Fleet and Asset Management\Maintenance Program\Maintenance Plan, there is the checkbox Adjust Above Upper Tolerance which help states the selection adjusts when the maintenance is performed above the due date + the tolerance, but there is no explanation on how the calculation is done is this case.For the calendar options, Cal. Int. - Adjust if done Early (Late) checkboxes, I was able to find in the page help that IFS adds or subtracts the days anticipated or exceeded, respectively, on the next due date. Is the calculation the same for the Adjust Above Upper Tolerance? Does that subtracts the quantity of the operational parameter exceeded in the last performed maintenance? Thanks for the support!  

Hi, all I have 4 Items on stock in may mobile (remote) warehouse.On the mobile device I see only 2 items.After initialization on the mobile (MAL user) I cant’t see all the parts wchich I put into my remotewarehouse. I see only the items located in  mobile_user_invent_part_tab - I have no idea, how andwhen the part is inserted into this table.I’ve set up the assortment, remote warehouse, connected user to the assortment and remote warehouse. What else I should do ?Will be very gratefull for help.

Hi,We are trying to add custom field in MWO screen but it is not showing in in mobile screen. Below is the attached screen where we try to attach. In cloud version we added to below path and after adding it should show in mobile screen but its not.

E.g. perform the following flow:LogonDashboard: select My WorkMy Work: Select any assignmentBack arrow in the top left corner => previous page My Work is selected is selected => okMy Work: Select any assignmentWork Details: select Time in the navigator on the right and report timeTime Reports: activate the back arrow in the top left corner => previous page is not selected => not ok => Work Details should be selectedIt seems like if a page is selected from the navigator on the right of Work Details and data are entered, the back arrow in the top left corner is deactivated for remaining session.Does anybody have an idea what could be the reason for this behavior?Thx for your supportHarald

Hi Community, I noticed that whenever I create a Quick Return via MWO app, it doesn’t populate in the Backoffice – Work Task level, specifically in the Returns tab.It seems that the Sales lines are added, but the Return lines don’t. In the example below, I created 1 Regular return and 2 Quick ones. And as you can see, only the regular return appears in the Returns tab.  IFS MWO Service - Returns IFS Cloud: Work Task - Returns and Sales lines  Do you know if this is the expected behaviour when going through this type of transaction? Is it possible to show and hide fields based on what a user may select from a drop down, or tick box.For example. The user selects “High Priority” from the priority drop down, so we want to make the “Reason” text box visible, and make it mandatory.ThanksJames

Hi, When Misc allocations are approved, they will be visible in the mobile Calendar. However, only the ongoing and Future Misc allocations will be visualized here. But upto how long in future, will this be displayed.  Do we have the ability to configure the sync period. Thanks!Best Regards,Nethmi
