Question on 'Green Dot' Which represents the Shift

In Aurena native App, A green dot is visible in top right corner. This indicates if the user shift is active or not.

What are the scenarios that this dot can turn into Green and Gray Automatically?

It turns into green when logged on to the resource shift and into gray when logged off. Please read more under the section “Shift and Break Handling in IFS Service MWO and IFS Maintenance MWO” below
