We see the below Failed transaction time to time. This time the FT occurred when I was trying to Start work from My Work tile.

Has anyone seen this before? and do you have idea on how to resolve this?

This was bug in Mobile FW and fixed with below releases.

  • 21.2.14- 21R2 SU14
  • 22.1.9 - 22R1 SU9
  • 22.2.2- 22R2 SU2
  • 23.1E.0 - 23R1 EA

Thank you @kathlk do you know what is the exact scenario this is happening?

Is there a workaround to avoid this or, when this happened how to resolve the FT


This is an issue because of legacy API calls in PLSQL ‘Add_Warning’ which is not supported in cloud mobile. As a workaround, customer can remove those warnings from the PLSQL layer. To do that, you need to find exact customer flow and the effected code block. May be can find it by reprocess FT while Sync trace is enabled.
