Error is related to IFS Document Management (DOCMAN) access control. But you see this in the Mobile Filed Transaction because the call is originated from a mobile. As I do not know the detailed transaction or stack trace in the FT detail, I’m assuming this is a Document related transaction from the mobile. You should get the same error from IEE if you perform the same activity as the same user.
