Is there an option to highlight fields in “My Work” list or “Work Details” overview screen in MWO Service based on specific conditions such as Priority or Criticality?

This is not possible today but we have this in our road map and will introduce this capability in a future release of IFS Cloud

Hi
I have a follow up query. I can see documents around Emphasis used in Badges to update colors. Is it possible to use emphasis under Expression Details for a Badge field as shown below through configuration?
Any inputs would be appreciated.

We support the Emphasis and Complementary colors in the native client FW but I do not believe its possible to make use of these via configuration at present

We have the Conditional Formatting feature available in Cloud 22R2. Is it available for MWO Service as well or is it in the roadmap? Please let me know.
