In 24R1 Once the Repair Shop Order is completed received(Originated from Disposition shop Order) is not able to auto reserve in Assembly shop Order…. Can any one help on this issue ? 

Hi All,A technical question that I can’t seem to find any clear answer on. We are pushing out MWO / Notify Me via our MDM solution. Is there any way to pre-populate the Server URL for the end-user (Screenshot1)? Screenshot1 When deploying iOS Apps via MDM we can typically push out a App Configuration via Key/Value pairs (Screnshot2) Screenshot2It would be a nice QOL feature as we use SSO across all our devices which would make signing into the app a simple 3 step process. Configuration type: Person Resource  when we try to save the eform getting the below error message   whether its bug??

I wanted to create a Purchase Requisition against the assignment in mWO (Cloud), it does not show any purchase parts when I try to create the requisition. Do we need any additional setup? I have scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts and Refresh All Purch Parts and also executed them before initializing the mobile still no parts are showing when trying to create the requisition (system has Supplier for purchase parts in the same site)

Hi All,We have an issue with mobile work order in Apps 9 not send workorders back to IEE.All the transactions can be seen on the Sync monitor transactions screen in the waiting state, also the sync monitor status screen is showing an error “The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large”.The issue isn’t affecting all user it seems to be fairly random.Any help would be appreciated. Mark

We are using MWO in IFSAPP10.  Still in UPD13 but using the UPD23 mobile app.We get the below error in mobile transactions when completing a work task in mobile and sent back.The reason according to the sync traces is that one of the queries has IFSAPP prefixed as below.SELECT OBJID, OBJVERSION FROM ifsapp.(SELECT objkey AS objid, '1' AS objversion, entity.* FROM MAINT_ENG_APP_REPORT_IN_VIRTUAL_VRT entity) a1The issue happens in the production environment for all users but doesn’t have a pattern. Seems intermittent.This is working fine in our in-house TEST environment where the IFSAPP prefix is not set.  The app version and updates are same in both environments. Any help on this is appreciated Below is from TEST environment where you don't see the ifsapp prefix.  

Hello IFS Community. we are looking for (an easier) way to show repairs with following attributes is IFS:- Repair  done on customer site, not in company facility- Part is serial object and has again items with serial no. in it’s BOM that will  be replaced- Part is embedded in functional / serial object structure in Equipment Object Navigator- Part is customer owned What we did so far: - Create Case for relevant customer - Create task to start return / repair measure- Create hand over reference: Work Order (Important to do on Site where part was manufactured, not where is was sold)- Enter necessary part in Tab: Returns, respecting serial number.- RMB: Return to inventory, as company owned (customer owned, which should be correct, seems not to allow to use for repair shop orders)- Do repair shop order using Tab: Multilevel Repair Structure- Enter repaired part in WO: Tab: Materials and issue manually to customer again, close WO afterwards(This is not complete of course but hopefully let

Hello,  Does some know how to change the Resource Details parameters?Currently I have the following: With the Scheduling - Activity Details i can change the Activity Details parameters, but when i try to add a new list for the Resource Details it doesn’t show anything to configure. Can someone help me with this problem? With best Regards, Francisco Lopes

 Hey all,Wanted to create a navigation link on the work details page for mobile MWO that lists all the request work tasks with the same request scope.I did the Navigation Link as you can see below, and it work correctly when I use it through IFS Cloud, but once I try it on mobile I get a blank page   Have tried both “Online Jt Task Lov List” and “Jt Task Lov List”On IFS Cloud I get:On Mobile I get: Any idea what I could be doing wrong? Or is this not possible through configuration?

Suppose I have a resource (person) that’s in 2 resource groups e.g. Capacity 60% in Group 1, 40% in Group 2.Then i make a direct allocation of that resource to a Request Work Task for 1 hour.That 1 hour shows as a demand/load on both resource groups.  Is that correct? 

Hi all,We have CRM companion 10 touch apps and i need to know how you can a filter to the business opportunity in the mobile screen (not permissions) so a user can filter on status. When you click on filters on the bottom it just shows blank where as the customers button does show filter options but i cannot see any difference in their setup.I have spent a good deal of time looking around all the options and i cant see a way of doing it.Thanks

We are currently planning to launch MWO, but have noticed that a user gets logged out whenever it gets any error message in the application.If you are trying to add a tool that is already in use = logged out If you are trying to access a document but are missing the access right = logged outSo in order to continue the action you were trying to execute, you first need to go back to the home screen, press synchronize and log in again.This seems like a very strange error handling in the MWO and would just like to check if anyone else have experienced the same type of issue.We are testing the latest version of the MWO App (24.8.1292.0) 

Outbound failures can be deleted or resolved but inbound can not. We would only like to delete inbound messages. Should have the same options as the outbound. Requested by Wanda and Michelle. MLGW first asked for this option 09.14.22-MLGW Internal# MDT-1387

In previous versions (23r2) the LTU xml file for Mobile work order could be downloaded from the Product Release information pages in MyIFS.For 24r1, this no longer seems to be the case.Where do we get the LTU file from?

Hi,Does anyone use openvpn mobile client along with mWO Service Engineer? Our mobile workforce use this combination to connect to Cloud 23R2. Occassionally, many of them run in to the following error upon log on to mWO.App reset doesn’t fix it. Only known work around is restarting the phone. Has been happening for many versions of mWO - which is why I think it could be related to the openvpn - but not too sure.TIA.  

Hey all, Recently we created a new entity that needs to appear in ifs mwo mobile (ServiceEngApp).But after following the steps in the file IFS Cloud - MWO demystified (24R1), the mobile app is stuck initializing, with the following error in the logs: Initialize entity data failed: java.lang.NullPointerException.We did the following things:Created entity Added to ServiceEngApp projection   Added Sync Rule Yet, Mobile is stuck initializing:  Any ideas what could cause this?

The SSL Certificate has expired for Touch Apps Server.We need to renew the SSL Certificate for Touch Apps Server.Besides clicking on the PFX file and importing it, have stopped and started IIS and rebooted the actual server.Is there anything else we need to do?Thank you.  

Manage Serial StructureDo I need to modify the template when replacing sequence components in the structureAs shown in the following figureI hope to place the serial parts with part number "13-Y25-002-DC" and serial number "NO-1002" into the structure without changing the template structureSimultaneously remove the serial part with part number '13-Y25-002-DC' and serial number 'NO-1002' from the structure 

In 24R1, we seem to loose the ability to create the service request and service quotation on a MWO for the Old  Generation Service Solution.I can’t find on a release note that this was intentional. Can anyone confirm whether this is a bug or whether this functionality is now fully removed ?
