When trying to create a new service request for a serial object in the IFS MWO Service app, no customer information appears in the customer field on the service request form. All other information (Service, Service Org, Service Deliver Unit, etc) shows up as expected. Does anyone know why this may be happening, and if so, how to resolve it?

Please check if the customer is registered in the Serial Object > Parties tab in IFS Cloud as a customer.
