Getting the below  message when we try to  click on the My work in MWO.

The device is online, connected, and has been granted the necessary permissions

IFS cloud Version: 24.1.1

MWO SERVICE: 24.8.1292.0

Do you have connection to IFS Cloud as well? You can see that by doing a transaction and look at the sync monitor. Anyway I guess you have the connection between IFS Cloud .

We have got this reported as a support case from another customer and we are working on a correction that will be released in September 2024.
