Yes, as Dileepa mentioned, a fix for a similar issue was provided in below version.

23.2.5 - 23R2 SU5

Are you using an earlier cloud version ?

    Hi,
    As far as I recall, R&D team addressed this error some time ago. Could you please provide more details regarding the cloud version you are referring to?
