Task Contacts are only available under Request Work Tasks and it displays the  assignees work on the same Request Scope. Looks like you are on a WO Task?

Yes, I’m in WO tasks. as I saw in IS academy training, Task Contacts should be visible when we go to the assignments. Isn’t it? 

Task Contact list is visible under the task actions. Work details page > Task actions.

You said you use Work Order Tasks, but Task Contacts are only available under Request Work Tasks.
