If I forget my pin code and am unable to access my IFS MWO Service App account, is there a way to reset my pin code so that I can access it? Preferably a way in a browser IFS environment.

There is no possibility to reset the pin code from a web browser. The only way, if you forget your pin code is to logout and and re login again and set a new Pin Code. The Pin code is rather for the the logged in session and will secure the local database on your device.
