Hello,I want to cancel a work order because my customer made a mistake, but there are costs that have been transferred to accounting. is there a way to cancel the transfers?  when I want to cancel the work task  Thank you for your help

The auto-assign function is on, why doesn't it work?Automatically indude Mx Event at the bottom is still notCannot change to yes 

Suppose I have a resource (person) that’s in 2 resource groups e.g. Capacity 60% in Group 1, 40% in Group 2.Then i make a direct allocation of that resource to a Request Work Task for 1 hour.That 1 hour shows as a demand/load on both resource groups.  Is that correct? 

Hi all,We have CRM companion 10 touch apps and i need to know how you can a filter to the business opportunity in the mobile screen (not permissions) so a user can filter on status. When you click on filters on the bottom it just shows blank where as the customers button does show filter options but i cannot see any difference in their setup.I have spent a good deal of time looking around all the options and i cant see a way of doing it.Thanks

We are currently planning to launch MWO, but have noticed that a user gets logged out whenever it gets any error message in the application.If you are trying to add a tool that is already in use = logged out If you are trying to access a document but are missing the access right = logged outSo in order to continue the action you were trying to execute, you first need to go back to the home screen, press synchronize and log in again.This seems like a very strange error handling in the MWO and would just like to check if anyone else have experienced the same type of issue.We are testing the latest version of the MWO App (24.8.1292.0) 

Outbound failures can be deleted or resolved but inbound can not. We would only like to delete inbound messages. Should have the same options as the outbound. Requested by Wanda and Michelle. MLGW first asked for this option 09.14.22-MLGW Internal# MDT-1387

In previous versions (23r2) the LTU xml file for Mobile work order could be downloaded from the Product Release information pages in MyIFS.For 24r1, this no longer seems to be the case.Where do we get the LTU file from?

Hi,Does anyone use openvpn mobile client along with mWO Service Engineer? Our mobile workforce use this combination to connect to Cloud 23R2. Occassionally, many of them run in to the following error upon log on to mWO.App reset doesn’t fix it. Only known work around is restarting the phone. Has been happening for many versions of mWO - which is why I think it could be related to the openvpn - but not too sure.TIA.  

Hey all, Recently we created a new entity that needs to appear in ifs mwo mobile (ServiceEngApp).But after following the steps in the file IFS Cloud - MWO demystified (24R1), the mobile app is stuck initializing, with the following error in the logs: Initialize entity data failed: java.lang.NullPointerException.We did the following things:Created entity Added to ServiceEngApp projection   Added Sync Rule Yet, Mobile is stuck initializing:

The SSL Certificate has expired for Touch Apps Server.We need to renew the SSL Certificate for Touch Apps Server.Besides clicking on the PFX file and importing it, have stopped and started IIS and rebooted the actual server.Is there anything else we need to do?Thank you.

In 24R1, we seem to loose the ability to create the service request and service quotation on a MWO for the Old  Generation Service Solution.I can’t find on a release note that this was intentional. Can anyone confirm whether this is a bug or whether this functionality is now fully removed ?

Hi all,In IFS MWO Service 10. Our technicians can see the field “Long description” that is generated on WT from the PM actions “Work description”. However, the field “Job description”, that is generated on PM action (via work template) and connected WT is not displayed in MWO.How do we achieve this?Thank you.

Hi All,In IFS MWO Service app, there is a tile called ‘Mobile Integration’.What does this do and what are the capabilities of this functionality.
