Hi,

I am testing the Service Management (IFS Cloud R24.1.5) module and I have created a Pickup Task related to a Request Task. When I try to execute the Pickup Task in MWO (after assigning and send to mobile), this error is displayed:

However, I have a remote warehouse with a location for the resource I am using in MWO.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Irene

Can you share a screenshot of your warehouse and its connection to the user?

This is my default remote warehouse:

I have confirmed the delivery date in the Shipment Order and the receiver in the Shipment has been changed to my remote warehouse so I have been able to start the work of the pickup task in MWO.

I have finished the process of the shipment (report picking, deliver, etc) and both shipment and shipment orders are closed. But, when I try to complete in MWO, I receive this new error:

I have checked that, for the shipment type I am using, I have this activated:

Hi ,

Can you check the data set up is correct according to https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/24r2/RequestManagement/AboutPickupTask.htm

Two places worth checking :

  • Default Picking location for your remote warehouse
  • Arrival Defaults : Set to ‘Receive into Inventory’
