It is my first time using ACTION with an IFS REST Connector for Cloud in Boomi. I am specifically using the Invoke action “PromoteToObsolete” on a document. This is the Post request:https://**********************.com/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ManageDocuments.svc/DocIssueSet(DocClass='{DocClass}',DocNo='{DocNo}',DocSheet='{DocSheet}',DocRev='{DocRev}')/IfsApp.ManageDocuments.DocIssue_PromoteObsoleteI’ve been using this forum to help me start but I think I’m stuck because I have multiple parameters that I need to pass. I am currently receiving a Bad Request so there must be something wrong with the way that I am passing the parameters. Before my Connector, I set up a “Set Property” shape of a Dynamic Process Property that contains he value that I will be using for the Bound Entity Set Parameters:After that, I connected it to my Connector. In the Dynamic Operation Properties tab, I call on the DPP that I set earlier as the Bound Entity Set Parameters. (in additional, I added the E

Hi, does anyone know why in this routeApplication Base Setup>Enterprise>Customer>Customer>CRM Infounder the representatives list some customers show an “add” button (first image) while some other customers don’t (second image)? Also if i try to add using the only available button i see this error

Hi All,We are using IFS Cloud 24R2 and MWo app based on this version. When Downtime Enablement Per Work Type Category is enabled then it works fine in IFS Cloud. How about assignments that are executed from MWo, as there seems no functionality in MWo where the downtime is asked for mobile used before closing assignment. The mobile user completes the work assignment and work task moves to Work Done status without asking for downtime registration. Please correct me if there is any setting or configuration that need to be done for Mobile app to use the downtime feature ?Thanks for your responses and help in advance.Regards,Srinivas

Hi,I am facing an issue with mismatch in Unused Days in ‘Absence Limit Days’ Please see above screenshot, it is showing Days Used as 6 and Days Unused as 20. When clicking on Details, it is showing Unused Days as 18. I have checked employee has applied only 4 days leave, so why it is showing unused days as 18, it should be 20 days? How to correct this mismatch? ThanksVikas Jain

We have a question here: is it possible to set up alerts on customers/sites or contracts that are not attached to the service order and sent to SA? We use quite a lot of alerts today (such as “Talk to Lars on arrival”), but some alerts we would like to restrict to backoffice use only  - we don’t want to spam the SAs with alerts they don’t need. Is there way to filter what alerts are sent to Mobile? or another feature that may help solve this?

Hello everyone, our customer performs many manual changes in PSO. When we execute a mass change, we encounter the following issue: only some of the unplanned activities are assigned to the selected resource, while the rest are returned to the unplanned activities pool.According to the documentation, there should be an option to fix activities to a specific date and time. However, this option is not visible in our system. How can we enable this option?I have admin rights, and we are using version 6.13.0.51.  Thank you in advance!

Dear all,We were exploring the IFSAPP10 online documentation and we found the RCM ANalysis module, which has the Receive/Prepare/Execute the RCM Analysis.I have some questions about this functionality.1. Is this available for IFS App10?2. how do I use it, can someone share any support document? Is there any image as example? Because in the online documentation has some generic support documentation and I couldn’t understand how it really works.

When I right click on a IFS page a huge options shows, Is there a way to minimize the number of options?

Hello,We are in the process of switching from IFS10 to Cloud. I am confused by the filtering. In Apps10, if I wanted to exclude certain customer names I would use this filter: <>%barrday%;%subcontractor%;%jason%;%michael%;%richard%Now in Cloud, this filter is not working. How would I type out the same thing in Cloud to ensure that the above are excluded? Also, does the % not hold the same purpose in Cloud?

I created an element that should navigate to the Work Order screen. I'm getting an error that says be[Pe].replace is not a function when I try to click on the element. I tried using the 'to_char' function for the work_order field in the datasource to convert the field into a string but that didn't seem to make a difference. This is what I used for URL Address: page/ReportInWorkOrder/Form?$filter=WoNo eq $[WORK_ORDER]

HiWe would like to automate our server patching process which would require clean shutdown and then startup of the Weblogic components on the Apps server before and after. If possible we would also like to automate the startup and shutdown of the Weblogic components. We currently manually run mws-svr.cmd and enter the required info when prompted (Start > all > Password).Has anybody automated the running of this script and the interaction with it, and if so how?We are on Apps 10 Update15.Thanks in advance

hi IFS Community,I would like to know the (correct) step by step process of using an approval template to approve a project forecast and set it as Active Budget. Can someone please describe this process with some screenshots of the pages in IFS Cloud please? This is the sample DOA for reference. Value range (AUD) Project Role 0 - 10,000,000 Contract Administrator 10,000,001 - 20,000,000 CFO Above 20,000,000 Director  Many thanks,Ashani

What is the idea behind the possibility to set up object type structures (object type In object type). How can I use this structure in equipment object structures?

Has anyone come across a way of using a wildcard (‘%’ OR ‘*’) in the report Parameters so the user can select all without having to type the individual values?  They may need to run the report with one value in the parameter or  with no filter so it gets everything pulling through. Any advice is appreciated. Cheers

Hi All,For IFS Cloud Remote installations (specially air gapped) from which version onwards does IFS Installer support OCI repositories for Helm Charts?

Hi, Can we als add Alerts to Ship Lists when Shiplist is creating and must send to specific warehouse or company?I expected this to work the same as with CS, SV and RP order. But when I set an alert on a specific to warehouse or to company, no Alert appears on the Ship List. Is this as designed or is it possible in another way. Note I am talking about Alerts not Alarms. Robin

Hi Is there a way to set the Qty to be inspected on the P.Req or PO lines instead of at receipt or on the part? We purchase quite a lot on the No Part Lines tab as a lot of the purchases are a once of unique purchase that is directly issued/consumed by our projects. Some of these parts would need to be inspected by the engineers who are doing the P.Req and POs. They want to set the line to be inspected when doing the P.Req or reviewing the PO before release. Is that possible?

Hello Expert, I am new to IFS PSO, and I was going through the functional guide “Scheduling Concept - Introduction”.As per my understanding, that we can set Schedule quality in IFS PSO System. My question is, where can i maintain the value for the schedule quality? We’re working with a client who wants to implement the Service Management module in IFS Cloud, but wants to use it in combination with the Service Module Work Orders. When we have a released Service Request with linked released Work Tasks, is there any way of converting the Work Task into a Work Order, or, as an alternative creating a Work Order and then linking it back to a Request in Service Management. We can create Requests in Service Management and Service/Work Requests in Service there appear to be links between them.Is it a case of we’re going to need to chose between one or the other or is there some way of being able to link the two together?

what could be the reasons behind not generating shop order requisitions for a next level demand part planning method (N) ?

Hi! We are currently having issues with our IFS Cloud Instance and the print agent. The service seems to crash every now and then and needs to be manually restarted on our server which results in print jobs being stuck in “remote waiting”. When they do print, they are delayed up to 1-5 mins, regardless of quantity or the size of the job.  Is there any reason this could be happening?

Is it possible to copy multiple activities into another sub project in the same project or a different project? The option is available for single activity copy. We need to remove 10 activities from sub project 1 and copy it to sub project 2 under the same project. AS we have a lot it is time consuming to copy one by one.
