Hi, does anyone know why in this route Application Base Setup>Enterprise>Customer>Customer>CRM Info under the representatives list some customers show an “add” button (first image) while some other customers don’t (second image)?
Also if i try to add using the only available button i see this error
As per the observations I made, it seems that you have not defined any information in the “CRM Info” section just above the “Representatives” section. Unavailability of the Main Representative could be the reason for not showing the + button under the “Representatives.”
Once information is defined in this section, you will observe the “+” button.
