We are currently having issues with our IFS Cloud Instance and the print agent. The service seems to crash every now and then and needs to be manually restarted on our server which results in print jobs being stuck in “remote waiting”.
When they do print, they are delayed up to 1-5 mins, regardless of quantity or the size of the job.
Is there any reason this could be happening?

Hi,
we have the same issue.
We are on 24.2.3 version of IFS and IFS Print Agent version is 24.1.1.
Here is the error message from the log file: [012] 5/5/2025 8:13:08 PM: Error Message: No MediaTypeFormatter is available to read an object of type 'JobContentHeader' from content with media type 'text/html'. Hi @MarkoK,
I was informed by IFS that a permanent fix for this issue is available in the following versions:
22.2.19 – 22R2 SU19
23.1.12 – 23R1 SU12
23.2.5 – 23R2 SU5
24.1.0 – 24R1 GA
However, since you are already on version 24.2.3, it appears that the issue has not been fully resolved yet.
