We have a question here: is it possible to set up alerts on customers/sites or contracts that are not attached to the service order and sent to SA? We use quite a lot of alerts today (such as “Talk to Lars on arrival”), but some alerts we would like to restrict to backoffice use only  - we don’t want to spam the SAs with alerts they don’t need. Is there way to filter what alerts are sent to Mobile? or another feature that may help solve this?

If you want to add a further restriction such as backend only it would be a customization RFE.  You can only avoid sending all of the alerts for a certain master data category, not just some of them with the current code.
