Hello Community,

I am trying to connect to the Build Place or Lifecycle environment using IFS Report Designer.

I have already created the IAM account and obtained the necessary certificate. You can see following two screenshots for details.

If I try to connect using the following:

I receive the following error message

When I try to access the URL (up to the landing-page), I receive the following prompt window. I am attempting to connect using the ifsapp username and password.

 

Any idea what I am missing or I am doing wrong? I remember in IFS10 there was a system parameter set up for report designer. Am I missing something in the system parameter for IFS Cloud.

Any advice to help me to connect to the cloud lifecycle place?

Fyi. I updated the Redirect Uri . Following the document recommendations

Did you correctly use the exact client id IFS_report_designer? It looks like the client ID in your screenshot is different — could you double-check? :)
