Hey all, I am trying to make an API call in Astea to retrieve all items that match a certain criteria. I can currently get 1 item to be retrieved sucessfully, but not all items.  Ideally, I would like to get my information from the top level of Installed Items so that I can retrieve other data in a single call. The current call I am making which gets me a single item returned in the results:<root xmlns:dt="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:datatypes"> <session email="" alias=""> <state bc_name="item_installed"> <action name="getdescrtable"> <attribute table_name="item_inst" key_name="ce_pref_comm" key_value="E" element_name="ce_email_id" default_value=""/> </action> </state> </session></root> Ideally I would like to call something like:<root xmlns:dt="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:datatypes"> <session email="" alias=""> <state bc_name="item_installed">

Hi,We’re trying to create  a Crystal Web Service for IFS on windows 2016, but we’re unable to run the IFSCRWebSetup installer.  We get the following error…

Hi, How can we most efficently define the time a part needs to dry, but when it is drying it should not be counted as capacity on that work center? We paint a part, and after painting it needs to dry for 1 hour before we can continue with the next operation. However, the drying phase does not take capacity on the painting workcenter. So it should be added to the total lead time, but not take any capacity. We thought of queue time, but that’s for the workcenter itself. Drying time depends on the part.Making another workcenter to dry seems a bit overkill, so I wonder if anyone has another idea? Thanks!Merten

Community, we have an issue, that we see lots of the supplier invoice final posted by IFSAPP.  our final posting is done by AP staff manually. so in the voucher side, we should see exact user ID instead of IFSAPP.just wondering why this is happening. attached the one sample screenshot.

One of my customers works with booking hours against projects. I was wondering if it is possible for the external resources to book hours in IFS, while they don't have a user id in IFS.They work with project teams (for their internal employees) to book their hours.I know that in some situations the supervisor for the temporary employee fills in their time registrationSo hours for Marc are not entered by Marc but his supervisor. However, I think it is more efficient if Marc could book his hours him self. Any option to do that?

I have created a custom event that fires off a deferred (Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call) background job that needs to execute as IFSAPP. Rather then user Impersonate User option, any idea how I can run this background job as IFSAPP (rather then the user)...

Good Afternoon - We have a MWO App user who cannot view the Further Action Field - Can you please advise how this field can be added to his device profile? Many thanks

Hi Experts,Could you please let me know how can I use the accept condition in XML Map? Ideally , the requirement is if the value of an attribute is <<some value » then the inbound map should be called?I want to use the condition something like this{xpath(‘place_value_ident’)} != ‘6’ then place should be created at IFS FSM. place_value_ident is sent by the upstream system.

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some help with lot numbering relating to the production process. Our client makes products using an injection mold. The lot number for molded parts is the date they were pressedThe molded parts are further processed (at a later date) into a finished good for sale. However, the customer requires the pressed date from the mold remain as the lot number for the finished good. Is there a way for the shop order that creates the finished good to ‘inherit’ the lot number from the component? The FG product structure is quite simple with the molded part as the only component.  Thank you

Hi All,I’m looking for an External customer invoice template where tax code is automatically fetched. Is it possible to get the tax code fetched in the same way as it’s possible for the External Supplier Invoice?  I’m not defining any tax information in the file except VAT_CURR_AMOUNT, I could not find a field for Tax Percentage here as I did in the External Supplier Invoice Template.  Anyone having experience with this ?

Hi,I have set of crystal reports and granted the report projection to a permission set. Then attached the permission set to the end user. But when trying to preview the report login from end user it gives below error, The <User> does not have necessary privileges' to run the report. But when I publish the report i can execute it without any problems. It looks like the report is not granted to a specific user. How can i grant this report successfully? is there anything more to do? The report contains only core views and no ial’s are there too. The customer is in cloud 21R2. ThanksRoshanga

Hi,I have a question regarding attachments panel in mWO. Maybe someone had the same issue and knows the solution.I can see 3 icons in Documents section in mWO attachments. You can see gallery, documents and camera. My colleague can see only 2 icons. We are logged in as the same ifsapp user. We tried also on another user (called mobile1) but there is the same issue. On my iPad there are 3 icons, on his only 2. Also on my colleague’s Android phone there are only 2 icons, so it seems like it’s not device dependent. We checked steps mention in thread MWO Attachment icon not visible | IFS Communitybut in db viewer there are grants.Clearing cache in mWO doesn’t change anything. What can be the reason, why one person cannot see document icon? From application point of view, we are logged in as the same user.. Best regards,Hubert
