Good Afternoon - We have a MWO App user who cannot view the Further Action Field - Can you please advise how this field can be added to his device profile? Many thanks

Has there been any changes to the layout? Perhaps this users Profile has been corrupted for some reason. Any layout changes in MWO in Apps 9 are stored in the User Profile. You can use Base Profiles to roll these changes out to all your users.

Could you check that the Users Profile matches the users who can see this field?

Might be worthwhile raising this as a support case so it can be investigated further
