I thought this would be easy. I have a lobby element with a link to another lobby the contains metric data. I need to pass the current year to the lobby page parameter YEAR. I have triedHardcoding the year workslobby/fd24bb55-7ae4-49d7-9f35-36104644be99?pageParams=YEAR:'2026'This does notlobby/fd24bb55-7ae4-49d7-9f35-36104644be99?pageParams=YEAR:'#NUMBER_OF_THIS_YEAR#'I do not want to use a default value on the metric lobby page because the users will want to select other years on occasion. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks

We have the following scenario in a client.A sale is made from Spain to Switzerland, with the delivery address in Switzerland. However, during transport, there is a technical stop in France at the request of the Swiss customer in order to fill the containers that were sold from Spain to Switzerland. From an Intrastat reporting perspective, should the movement into France be declared? If so, how could this be configured in IFS?

Can customers who have already subscribed to IFS Cloud view the "IFS Cloud Product Information"?Is it only accessible to IFS employees or employees of partner companies?<IFS Cloud Product Information - Home>

Hi all,I’m currently working on an integration to automate the manual supplier invoice creation process. I’m using PL/SQL routing to send an XML to IFS via the SOAP Gateway (https://<server>:<port>/int/soapgateway).I need to send a response back to notify that the record has been created successfully. Does anyone know how we can send a message/response to a destination address in this scenario?

Hi,We are currently experiencing an issue in IFS 22R2(22.2.9) where the reporting pods require frequent restarts, occurring several times each month during month end activities. We would like to understand whether this is a known issue and seek guidance on the root cause and recommended resolution. When the issue occurs, print jobs enter a “Waiting” status within IFS. No explicit errors are logged, and pod health indicators appear normal. However, report processing does not continue until the reporting pod is restarted.Restarting the ifsapp-reporting-<id> pod (stop followed by start) immediately resumes report processing. This behavior is observed more frequently during high-volume printing. Observations During the IssuePrint jobs remain in Waiting status No errors are displayed against the print jobs Pod status appears healthy Restarting the reporting pod resolves the issue temporarilyRequestWe have noted from community discussions that a similar issue has been addressed in later

I convert the part drawings in AutoCAD into PDFs and upload them to IFS. When there is a revision, I delete the old file and re-upload the new one from scratch.IFS'e gir -> Dosyayı bul -> Sil -> Onayla -> Yeni PDF seç -> Yükle -> Onayla(Enter IFS → Find the file → Delete → Confirm → Select new PDF → Upload → Confirm)This way, operators in production can view the drawings of the parts I upload under the same code while they are processing them.Currently, there has been a change, and all the drawings I uploaded need to be deleted and re-added one by one under the same part code.Instead of this, I would like the folder where we store the PDFs to be shared with IFS, so that when I make a change in the folder, the operator viewing it can directly see the updated drawing.I would appreciate your help.

Hi all, On the Shop Floor Workbench, parts are received for which an SSCC code must be created. The Create SSCC option is available in the Approve Operation screen, but it is currently turned off by default. I would like to know how this can be set to default as enabled.Kind regards, Willem

When we go into the Change order line 2 has been cancelled but it has been linked to Activities and when we try to update the Purchase order we get this message. We have tried lots of options to cancel the change order but it’s just stuck. We just want to cancel the change order and Cancel the 2nd line on the purchase order

Hi, we are working on upgrading from Apps10 update 20 to 25R2.  We have been building some basic data in Apps10 aurena to import into Cloud but we use IEE in production.  While in Aurena, I can successfully create a call center case but after selecting the dummy customer we use for call center, the callers didn’t come up in the LOV, it only showed my name.   The list used to be retrieved from the  support agreement, customer contacts table and I maintain that as people come and go.   In Aurena, it looks like you have to add the CC contacts on the customer itself, is that right?  As soon as I added a user directly on the customer, then her name appeared as selectable in the new case assistant.  Thanks,Mary

Hi Together,In Case we have tardy shop orders (need date in the past). Is there a way for those shop orders to be automatically scheduled forward from the earliest possible start date? What is the standard behavior here?Kind regards

Hi, We’re trying to set up a material overhead with a fixed cost per part in the structure - the idea is that each issue shall generate a posting with that cost, and that there should be a fixed cost per part rolled up to the next level. E g if the overhead is 100, and there are two parts in the structure of the manufactured part, the cost would be 200. Our overhead generates correctly when the material is issued on the shop order. But we cannot get it to show in the Part Cost. The documentation seems to indicate that it should be possible, but we have tried several combinations with no success so far. Is this possible, and how should the overhead be set up in such a case? Tested in 25.2.3/ Kenneth

Hello, We are currently on 22R2 for IFS Cloud and we have encountered an error. I created a quick report to pull some values via SQL and we want to schedule this report to attach an excel file of the output onto an email and send it to our users. We scheduled the report and have the emailing set up properly, but we never received any emails. The only thing we received was this error on the print manager logs. Thanks,Bryan “Exception while generating Plugin Output Caused by: Error while rendering the report. 11 retries were made. The last error message is Server returned a status other than OK: 500 Message: Internal Server Error”

Hello,In MWO service classic application, when we click on the main menu as shown below, it adjusts the layout of the dashboard screens to the right and displays the main menu list. It also had the ability to display the icons for the users to view the list without clicking on the menu.In the new MWO service application, the icons are not displayed directly in the screen and can be viewed only when the main menu is clicked. Also, the dashboard screen is not adjusted but the main menu overlaps with the screen as shown below. Please let me know if we will have the same layout features from the classic application mentioned above in the new MWO service application in the future updates.

Hi all,In IFS Apps 10 we used an Event Action (PL/SQL) to block users without the IFSFULL role from changing specific fields (e.g., switching off Project Unique Procurement or enabling Project Access). In IFS Cloud, since Event Actions are no longer recommended, we are asked to use Workflow. However, Workflow seems to be approval-based and does not support immediate blocking validation. Is there a way to enforce this kind of role-based restriction using Workflow, or what is the best practice in IFS Cloud to achieve similar behavior?ThanksThe event action code. DECLARE check_access_       NUMBER := 0; CURSOR check_access IS SELECT COUNT(1) FROM ifsapp.fnd_role_role t    WHERE t.granted_role = 'IFSFULL'  AND grantee = '#USER_ID#';   BEGIN IF '&OLD:ROWSTATE' != 'Initialized' THEN    OPEN check_access;    FETCH check_access INTO check_access_;    CLOSE check_access;    IF check_access_ = 0 THEN      IF '#USER_LANGUAGE#' = 'nl'  THEN          Error_SYS.System_General('ERROR: Het is niet to

Hi, My customer has created a page as an action in mwo and added several fields to that page. In one section they have created two fields; a LOV and a Text field. The customer wants to enable to Text field based on the value they add to the LOV.Ex: make the text field visible only if the LOV value in ‘Other’.This has been setup in page designer configuration in below manner and working fine there.   However, the problem is that, this change does not apply to mobile. Any idea why?We have initialized the app, refreshed cache and disconnected and connected the app.Best Regards,

Dear all.IFS has introduced the IFS Ai feature where it is possible to extract invoice header level information using invoice image file to load invoices automatically.I have extracted the desciption from the release notes of 25R1“To facilitate the supplier invoice data capture automation, the Azure Invoice Model is integrated with IFS Cloud to automatically extract relevant data from supplier invoices uploaded to the system. It supports various file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.Upon upload, the model captures key invoice details and facilitates the creation of corresponding Supplier Invoices within the application. The extracted data includes the following fields:Header Level – Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Recipient, PO Reference, Gross Amount, Net Amount and Tax Amount”. Where can I find a help document which can help me configure this functionality. Need to demonstrate the same to customer.
