+2When we go into the Change order line 2 has been cancelled but it has been linked to Activities and when we try to update the Purchase order we get this message. We have tried lots of options to cancel the change order but it’s just stuck.
We just want to cancel the change order and Cancel the 2nd line on the purchase order

The PO line is linked to a Project Activity that is not in Planned or Released status. IFS only allows removing project connections in those statuses.
You need to revert the activity to Released/Planned (if possible) or remove the project connection first. Otherwise, cancellation of the change order/PO line will not be allowed.
