Hi together,I transferred some parts to the remote warehouse via transport task. The remote warehouse is connected to a mobile user. But unfortunately I can see the stock records only in mWO when I use the online search. I did some research and figured out the stock will be shown when I enter a record in MOBILE_USER_INVENT_PART_TAB. It seems somehow the record don’t get created automatically. @Alexander Heinze, you mention in  IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (23R2) - revised version | IFS Community, the scheduled tasksRefresh All Purch Parts Refresh All Inventory Partsmust be executed. But, in my 25R2 environment the database tasks are not existing. How can I get the parts into the table? Best RegardsStefan

We recently upgraded from 11.5 to 11.8.4.  We are experiencing a weird issue.  When viewing in the queue, the task description shows but the parent log information (description) no longer shows, and it used to.  This is for new and older tickets, we cannot see it. If we open the parent ticket, we can see the information but not in this view for some reason. Here’s what it looks like when you open the parent  We were told by IFS that “You need to change description replace “ Additional information with” additional information”(replace uppercase A with lowercase a) and save it”We don’t know where to change this or find where the issue is.  They said its a known issue P1640.Does anyone have a work around for this or can tell us where to find this location to try this change?

Hi Experts,How can I add scheduling exception types in IFS cloud, I can see few also no new Icon or import options to get it from PSO?  ThanksKM

After creating a Business Activity via the CRM Panel using either the old or new Outlook - we have an option to create a linked Business Mail. Recently, our users have notified us that the linked Business Mail gets created but it does not have the body or attachment in it.We have tested this on our end and it’s not working in either of our test or production environment for any Business Mail that is created via the CRM Panel. We receive this error in the first attempt: After the second attempt, it works but the body and attachment is missing from the Business Mail.Has anyone run into this issue lately? This feature used to work. I checked our CRM and SRM Default values for adding the email body and attachment to the Business Mail via CRM Panel and they have not changed.

I used “Phantom Consume” in a Product Structure. The Component with “Phantom Consume” is planned with Planning Method “A” and has no stock and no supply. If I created A Shop Order for the Top Part, the component is still in the BOM and can also not be backflushed.IF I change the component to Planning Method “P” everything works like expected. Online Help Text: A component defined as a phantom in this way behaves just as a planning method P part. If parts are available, they are backflushed; if not, the backflush process explodes to the next level in the structure. What is missing?

Hello,I would like to know if it is possible, in standard IFS functionality, to make the attachment of a document mandatory when an employee submits a specific type of absence request (for example, sick leave).Context:We would like to ensure that a supporting document (e.g. medical certificate) is systematically provided when employees request certain absence types.Question:Is there any standard configuration in IFS (Cloud) that allows making document attachment mandatory based on the absence type?If not, has anyone implemented a workaround (e.g. using custom events, validation rules, or other configurations)? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi All,I’m working with a customer who has a large rental fleet.I’m trying to understand how other customers plan their rental fleet in IFS. Right now, assets ownership with (“Company Rental Asset”) or rented from a supplier (“Supplier Rented”) are not planned automatically. The Rental Asset Availability page shows which rental assets are available and their rental duration, but it seems like all planning has to be done manually based on rental demand.I wanted to ask if there is an out-of-the-box solution in IFS to plan rental assets more accurately, or if anyone can share how other rental fleet customers handle this.Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Chamath

What is the difference between these Bottom up planning and Top donw planning ? They look like the same information.thanks henry from China

Hello, Is it possible to delete the filter in this dialog screen?

When I use the milestone/staged payment, my invoices doesn’t shows up in “Invoiced Purchase Orders”. My order P8933 is using Milestones and these lines are matched with the supplier invoices. As seen below lines are in state “Invoiced”:But when looking in “Invoiced Purchase Orders”, this order will not show up. Only orders which I have matched using a receipt/arrival are there. The PO is received and closed. Am I doing something wrong?

My Org is looking to implement mWO for internal maintenance tasks, and we want to be able to automate the transfer to mobile process so an incoming fault report can be put into the pool quickly and without supervisor intervention (faults can occur on 2nd/3rd shift and there aren’t always supervisors then). Seemingly the only option for this is scheduling Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile task to run every 15 minutes.when one manually transfers to mobile, there are the two sliders for pool and pool-keep, how can the database task Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile be configured to do either? Specify the “Allocated_To” setting as “pool”?(I also wish the transfer window option wasn’t “beginning of time until today plus x days”)or is there an API call I can make with a workflow or pl/sql event action to transfer on fault report creation vs. the scheduled task? I can’t find any obvious APIs to use for this.

Hi All,I would like to ask if it is possible to - Run PMRP to create only purchase requisitions on the activities without creating Material Transfer requests between the activities if already items are available in the Project inventory. for e.g. Activity A has the requirement of Part ABC for X Qty Activity B already has Part ABC for Y Qty where X>=Y, but there is no current requirement of the part ABC.in the above scenario, if I Run PMRP then in place of creating PR on Activity A, PMRP will create MTR between Activities between B and A. but the user doesn’t want that. So is there any set-up that I can stop triggering MTR and only create fresh purchase requisition for Activity A while there is already the Same Part qty existing on Activity B?Kind regards,

Hello,I am trying to update a custom field on a custom page on IFS Cloud using workflow/BPA.The value needs to be set to the current user Id.Is there a way to get the current user Id by using a context substitute variable(#USER_ID#) in the value field?I am using  - IFS Aurena client version: 21.2.1.20211105061905.0Thanks in advance,Asheer.

Good afternoonI would appreciate feedback/assistance wrt the following message I get when doing Resource Allocation on a Project Activity:What is required from a setup point of view to ensure the calculation is correct?Thank youAnya

Hi All,I have been exploring the new Contractor Management solution in 25R1 for Request Tasks. I like the idea of creating the PO Lines based on actual reported items like time reported of the contractor. There are multiple customers who have modifications for that in the Work Order solution. But I am supprised to see that in the Release Notes there is a restriction. Which makes it not possible to send the Request Task to the mobile of the Subcontractor Resource...Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. It is not possible to utilize Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. Any Request Work Task that is assigned to a Service Contractor cannot be transferred to mobile. I am looking for the reason why this restriction is build in?I have customers who wants to have both their own employees and subcontractors to work with the same mobile Service MWO Solution. But that is not possible for subcontracted orders, as described in the Release Restrictions and by my own test

Hello, we are upgrading from 11.5 to 11.8.4 and I’m testing the creation of a form, process, stage notification email (smartmail) using action processor.  when I try to close the task before the notification stage in the process, this error appears:  The Action Type 'SENDMAIL_GEDS_ATIP' is invalid for Event Type 'CHANGE'. One or more of the above errors was generated attempting to create Task Events from the process 'undefined'. There may be a configuration issue preventing you from progressing this process. If you are not sure why this is happening, please contact your administrator for further assistance.Bear in mind that the old ones from 11.5 work and I just recreated it from an old action type that does work.I believe I’ve checked everything I can to make this work.  It’s not live yet, were still in the testing stages and need to have this working before we go live.

Hi Team, Can we add a task in the workflow to generate streams message? If yes can you please let me know how it can be achieved in IFS cloud? Regards,Rakesh

Just wondering if anyone knows an exact date when support for IFS cloud 24R1 ends. I can see the last SU (SU23) was released last week and I am currently testing 25R1 through the business in our test environment. Just need to get a steer on how long I can take for testing before I need to deploy to production so I am not out of support

Hi,After we input consumption reference, where can find the data? Thanks.

When IFS Support staff need to access PRD or UAT in Cloud Managed Services, should they be issued a generic admin username and password so they can investigate problems with ease or should a company set up a new username and password for each IFS support person along with relevant permissions to enable them to investigate each specific issue? How does each option impact the license agreement, for which the customer is responsible?

Hi All,Unfortunately, I have some junk basic data values, already used, which prevents me from cleaning and deleting. Can I hide these values in order not to appear in LoV and not to be used anymore? Many Thanks in advanceAbdeslam

Hi TeamWe have an IFS-Cloud deployed into onprem infra and now planning to migrate this to Azure either Lift and Shift or to AKS.Does AKS support deployment of IFS-Cloud into a Private Cluster (Customer Managed)?Thank you

We are experiencing a strange client error after our upgrade to 25R2. A client error “cannot read properties of null” appears after saving a record in a list or assistant. The save operation finishes, though. But in an assistant the client error still blocks the flow because the page has to be reloaded or abandoned. Reading the failing code in the console in developer tools, it seems to be related to reading the home pages for entities, constructing URLs for those. It only appears for certain permission sets though, but we cannot figure out exactly what is missing. Any clues?
