I have resent an Invoice from the Send Invoices screen.

Here I need to understand what is the Bizapi functionality and whether is passing any email/data outside?

It looks like you have a routing rule “Send Einvoice OUT to IN” defined that is not sending out the invoice, it is instead using the BizAPI to receive e-invoices into IFS again.
This normally is used if you have an internal trade between two companies/sites.
If this is not an internal invoice you need to check the conditions in the routing rule and compare that to the message setup on customer etc.
