Hi, we just made the leap from IFS MRO to IFS9 (huge jump). In the IFS9 help it seems to say that when a WO is in released and the operation is released you should be able to do a RMB on the operation line and finish that operation out. However we do not seem to get any status for the operation other than Release (when WO is released) and then Cancel. When we RMB the close out is never an option. Is there some other setup we are missing to allow this to close out this way? We can finish the ops from the header when the WO gets Finished. BUT we need to close operations 1 at a time and not all at the same time. Thanks for any insight!!!

Yes that’s right. You can disable this option from site level and from the work order level itself as well (Before releasing the work order).

+1I think I may have figured this out. I unchecked the box for Operations follow Work Order Status in the site area and now it seems more options on the line show up.
