I am trying to set up a database task for condition or criteria based PMs to run automatically, however I can no longer find the PM_Criteria method in cloud. We can still manually run the condition based in the maintenance plan but that is not a viable option for most companies. What am I missing?

Hi @Cindyhutchins

Please try below steps.

  1. Create a new database task using method Pm_Criteria_Plan_API.Generate_Priv__

  1. Then using that database task, create a new schedule.
  1. Once the scheduled task is active, it will be executed as per the schedule or it can be manually executed as well.

Hope this information helps.

Best Regards,

Thilini

Hi Thilini,

I have looked through several versions of cloud from 23R2 through 25R1 and I cannot find the PM_Criteria method anywhere.

I finally found what I was doing wrong. I was in the Database Task Schedule and not the Database Task.
