While reconfigure the application i am getting the Heap size error. Please find the below screen shot:

Edit the installer.cmd to increase slightly the MaxPermSize and Xmx parameter. Don't increase these parameters too much at once since that can have side effects as well. For example, from 256 to 386 and from 1024 to 1410. Please note that these a just sample values and may not match your installer.cmd. As the final step try the reconfigure again and let me know the output ?
