Hi Garak,
Active and historical windows data gets populated if the user has the access to the given work order site(sites per user) . If you can revoke/grant access to the specific users for these specific sites . you can adjust the organization basic data granting the users only for these sites to check if this satisfy the requirement.
If you want to completely revoke/access grant to these two windows you can adjust the permissions.
Otherwise you may have to go with a customization for this specific requirement. You can raise a ticket to consulting team to check the feasibility of the solution.
Hope this helps.

Sahan
Thanks for the reply Sahan.
So to confirm, by default you can only restrict WO access at the Site level, not the Maintenance Org level?
HI Garak,
Yes default, sites per user this is restricted.

Hi, is it possible to restrict access to Active and Historical Work Orders in IFS, to a specified group of users based on Maintenance Org?
For example, we are considering use of WOs in an area where the WOs may contain sensitive information that may not be appropriate for other regular WO/maintenance users.
As @Sahan Udana has mentioned it’s filtered by site, but if you can store the sensitive information in a document that you associate with the WO, you can use document access to restrict access to the documents. Just an idea if you want to try and avoid doing a modification.
