Could you help to advice the functionality behind below?Try to connect a work order to an activity, and then verify that the dates are transferred from the activity to the work order.Early start/late finish dates are not fetched in WO. Regards,Peshala.

Can a Project Group be changed after approving the Project? Seems it cannot be directly changed from the Project setup parameters in Aurena

CR Status automatically changing to Processed

Hi,When a Change Order (CO) connected to a Change Request (CR) and the CO is approved, the CR Status is automatically set to 'Processed' and the CR is locked preventing any future updates.Are we able to disable that to allow us to make updates to the CR once the CO has been approved? Either by not automatically changing to CR status to Processed, or being able to reverse the status to Active to make those updates?Or any other workarounds that would allow us to update the CR once the CO Status is set to Approved.Appreciate any help on this issue. Project Deliverables - Undo delivery / return parts from Project Deliverables generated Shipment

How do I or is it even possible to undo a delivered Shipment or generate a return of product for product manufactured and shipped from a Shipment line generated from a Project Deliverables structure?Having tested so far, the undo delivery option seems to work only for Shipments generated from a customer order, and likewise the RMA requires me to enter a ‘sales part’ fro a customer order neither of which i have as I am not using customer orders? Any thoughts / suggestions much appreciated.

MCPR wrong posting type in Employee Company

Hi, Community, We have an issue when doing MCPR reporting. in Employee Company, system shows the posting type PRJT1/PRJT2, which is normal project posting type, it should be PRJT9/PRJT10. in Customer Company, system shows the correct posting type PRJT7/PRJT8. Wondering what we are missing in Employee Company that causes the system are not doing the correct posting type.Thank you.

Resource Group – Details not in sync (O&G Extension)

Resource Groups are entered ONSHORE and replicated to OFFSHORE.However, connection to Project Cost and cost element are NOT replicated. Any Idea on this?

Project Deliverables - Supply Option not working?

Hi All I have created a project delvierable for which I want to source most of my products from standard stock. It looks if I change the supply option to MRP it should request this from standard inventory but when I raise the shop order for the top level, every line appears as project inventory. This is Apps10 UPD12. Have I misunderstood the help, or am I missing a function?THanks!

HiI have a PM who is trying to add a demand line from Task in Project Navigator. When she tries, she gets this error. I signed into IFS and used the same profile for the PMs and I could not replicate the error. She says that she is the only person that gets the error. Material Holding: Projects

HiI have a client who has a a project activity set up as Material Holding and Progress method as Connected objects. It seems that when creating tasks that it does not notify the warehouse/procurement that a new part number is needed. When the client uses MATL Project Material and Progress Method: Manual or Consumption based, the warehouse/procurement is notified that a new part number is needed.Has anyone came across this problem? Is the problem with the use of Material Holding and/or Connect objects?

Copy Project - Task Line Qty not copying

When we copy a project into a new project, the task lines are copying but the qty is not. Am I missing something?

ORA-20111: SubProject.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST: The Sub Project does not exist.

When we add Project_Role_Assignment_RRP in HUB fail with ‘The Sub Project does not exist’ error in satellite, where relevant sub-projects already exist on the Satellites.Any Idea on the reason for the above error message.

Time registration stop/limit

Hi,I was wondering if it is possible to restrict / set number of hours registered against project to prevent overbookings.I have planned hours transferred from Planning which are visible in Project Navigator - Activity. I have Defined Employee Access to activity and want personnel to be able to register the planned hours only.Is this functionality available?Best regards,Joanna
