Need a better solution for project materials that are going to be delivered and used for commissioning at customer site.
currently, when parts are needed for commissioning at customer site, we usually add Misc Parts in Project/Demand tab, usually we put MRP as the supply option. when parts are available, inventory team will issue it to the Misc part line and manually ship it to the customer. But this solution does not transparent to our logistic team. there is no picking, delivery process visible to logistic team.
is there any better solution available so as team could ship the material utilizing customer order?
